just over the bridge, the remnants of CBGBs and the Mudd Club scraped clean and made available to shoppers.
the studio contained the piece. the piece wanted to bust through the mirrored and bricked walls, to vibrate with the whole city, to shake its open palms under the streetlamps and onto the street, to circle repeatedly around the taxi cabs and past the jaywalkers.
